v>The Cherry Bombs came together for the love of 80s music. The members, Elise Trucks  (drums), Yuka Silvera (bass), Dianne LeVerrier (vocals and guitar), Andrea Chesley (vocals and  synth), Hailey London (back up vocals and percussion) and Nika Nesgoda (cello) met while  competing over the years at the annual Neo-Political Cowgirls’ Fantasy Girl Band contest, a  contest held on the East End of Long Island at the famous Stephen Talkhouse. Our members  have full lives by day, balancing work, play, kids, partners and everything else! At the days’ end  we gather, share, eat, imbibe, laugh, cry, love and then get down to the music. A Cherry Bombs  show is infused with the same passion and energy we bring to our daily lives. If you remember  the 80s we guarantee you’ll be transported to the days of blue eye shadow, mullets and Stiff  Stuff. If you’re too young or don’t remember the 80s we give you the opportunity to fall in love  with another genre and have a great time. We are joined by our special guest sax player, Tye  Granger.
