We are IRIEspect, a 6 piece reggae/dub/jam/hip hop/Latin outfit from LI NY. With a very infectious & energetic live show, they showcase a versatile, dynamic, innovative & genre-bending sound fusing elements of roots/rock/reggae with live dub, Latin, hip hop, dancehall & more. Whether chilling on a beach, cruising on the open road, or partying 'til the sun comes up, their music will hit all corners of your tastebuds! Playing over 200+ shows in their home LI-NYC & surrounding markets up & down the East Coast, they've created big waves of buzz over the last few years, leaving their rabid live fans chomping for more. In 2024 they dropped their first full length LP on Dubshot Records, featuring hit single Strong Island. The band generated a lot of buzz going into 2025, closing 24 with highlight shows w/ Collie Buddz at Brooklyn Bowl NY, Original Wailers at Paramount NY, & a sold out show w/ Steel Pulse at Brklyn Bowl. Other recent staple shows include w/ Barrington Levy, Inner Circle, Fortunate Youth, Mihali, Jesse Royal, Bumpin Uglies, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Pepper & many more. Their momentum continued thru 2025, closing with a new album release "Lost In Time EP" w/ special guest artists, available on all platforms. Keep a look out for a follow up release in 2026!
