No Sailor is the project of singer-songwriter Kieran Garvey and his five-piece folk band. Their fun and classical approach to folk has been described as "heartwarming and authentic" with "infectious, kinetic energy."
From festival stages to their early shows in small European cafes, No Sailor has a history of casting a net around their audience. Drawing on their folk and rock roots, their sound has earned them comparisons to The Head And The Heart, Gregory Alan Isakov, and The Lumineers. Garvey’s earnest songwriting paired with a semi-classical band has a unique and profound way of playing on your heart strings. From the exuberance of ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ to the melancholic strings on ‘Wedding Cake,’ the songs range from euphoric folk to confessional orchestral ballads.
As a part time resident of the East End Kieran has spent many summers performing at bars and restaurants in the Hamptons, including the Montauk Music Fest and The Stephen Talkhouse.
Their new single/lyric video, 'Wedding Cake’ comes out July 26th and will be available on all streaming platforms.
LINA MAXINE
The journey of making their original music has brought together LA born singer and songwriter Lina Maxine and Dean Aladay, a producer and guitarist from London, shaping their alternative sound rooted in rock and pop. After touring across the UK in 2022 supporting Kasabian’s frontman, Lina and Dean have relocated to Montauk where they have written, produced and released their first EP “You’re My Only Friend” in June ’23. Together with their local band, Lina and Dean set out to bring their new soul-stirring tunes and dynamic shows across the East End.
