The Majestic Band featuring “Mesha” is a seven member New York based group made up of musicians from the Caribbean islands of St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Vincent, Africa, as well as the United States and the Central American country of Belize, where Mesha hails from.

Born out of the passion to spread the love of entertainment through music, the band was formed in the early 1990s and has been in existence since. The group performs at local venues throughout New York City and is well known on Long Island scene from Nautical mile in Freeport to Patchogue to Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett, and can be seen regularly every other Friday night at Tracks Cafe in Brooklyn from 10:30pm-2:30am and every Saturday night at Dunn’s River Lounge in Rockville Center from 10:00pm-2:00am. The group plays a wide genre of music from reggae, soca, R&B, fusion, pop.
